There’s also an option to add a half-day or a full day at our respective rate (which you’ll receive in our handoff email).

Not to worry—that's just how our CRM, Dubsado, registers the booking. Treat that date as the start date of your VIP week, and the end date will be 6 business days after.
For example, say you book a project on a Wednesday. If there aren't any holidays during your VIP week, the last day of the project week will be the following Thursday.
Let's clarify what VIP isn't for—it isn't for completing full websites projects or website copywriting for more than 2 standard pages. For those, you'll need the Signature Package.

Straight from our T&C's: if you want to reschedule or cancel a VIP Week date within 48 hours of booking and paying the deposit, please email Alyssa at alyssa@contrastcollective.co. You'll be refunded in full, minus processing charges.
If you cancel after the 48-hour window, it's within our discretion to give you a refund. This is because, by cancelling on a short notice, you've prevented us from booking with another client.
