The Challenge
Every leader in an industry always starts from somewhere.
But before she consistently racked up awards and recognitions within Katrina and the Team and even her brokerage, Sam was driven to excel from the get-go.
Sam knew that if she wanted to stand out among the sea of real estate agents in the Lower Vancouver Mainland, she needed a space of her own.
“Not a lot of agents have a website; they mostly rely on social media.”
But Sam hesitated towards a website because she was terrified of code and didn't have the time and energy to create a strategic and authentic website.
So how could Sam set herself apart among agents that have been selling homes for months, years, or even decades—with a website?
Joyful, trustworthy, reliable. guiding clients to find a place to "house their stories".

The Solution
You can imagine the look on Sam's face when we told her that she didn’t need to touch code and have a website without breaking the bank through a custom Showit website.
“I was sold!”
Since Sam was still building her clientele when we started her website project, we put our ears to the ground—er, I mean, scoured Google Reviews, Reddit, and any/all websites where people communicated their gripes about real estate.
In doing so, we unearthed common pains and desires among Sam’s audience and made sure to address them in her copy—all while balancing an approach that was rooted in her experience in the hospitality and construction industry.
When CONTRAST unveiled her site to Sam roughly a month and a half later, Sam’s excitement rang through the walls of the cozy pho restaurant we were in.
“I can’t believe it—you sold me to me!”
The Results
Soon after the launch of her custom Showit website, Sam has racked up numerous awards recognizing her level of care towards her clients.
No small feat as she grows with Katrina and the Team—the #1 real estate team in BC’s Fraser Valley and #2 eXP Realty team in Canada.
